Edit: it still ringing while booting the game but not as loud as my 1st player psu i have to be so close to the psu to hear it, is that fine? also it just while booting the game not playing it.

Thanks for helping me before to choose good psu, i've already installed my cx550m and for now i think is good, i test to play raft no ringing noise while start the game except ringing from my hdd, when i first turn on my pc it's not even turn the fan 30 minute i was trying...
