It isn't, I play competitive games mostly and I'm trying to get as much FPS as possible in games or to at least match my 120hz monitor at the minimum. It seems like something is definitely wrong. My friend has a weaker PC and gets more fps. Could PSU be the problem? My GPU sits at 180 - 190...

Ok turned it off. Don't think it's throttling because of heat. GPU clock stays at 1800mhz+ even at 86C and it doesn't go over that temp. Idk its really weird this guy is getting 50 - 100 fps more than me in this game. I get 110 max everything on low. View...

It was a screw on the CPU cooler that wasn't tightened all the way so it didn't make contact with the thermal paste I guess lol
