I finally found the solution to my problem. I tried changing the cpu with another of the same model, and the problems went away. I then contacted the store were i bought the cpu and they took it in for service. After 3 weeks they said the cpu was defect and I got my money back :)

Thanks again for the reply! In safe mode its very stable, i have tested in for 50min without any problems. What does this mean? software problem? I really dont understand how this can be the case if i have tested the same ssd with exactly the same content on another pc, and it worked perfect...
