I've replaced the cpu and mobo. The gpu fan spins now but they red led next to dram is solid. No matter if I use the sticks individually or both of them connected it wont work.

I appreciate the response but I've tried that and nothing changes. Do you think the cpu could just be damaged?

Update. My motherboard isnt detecting my cpu or graphics card. I'm going to take them out and reinstall them. If that doesnt work I think I'm going to exchange my cpu. When it was shipped to me they put it in somewhat large box with packing peanuts or anything of that nature. I was worried it...
