Hey, unfortunately that didn't work. I don't think that it's a mouse issue, but rather a GPU one. I tried downloading older driver versions, that also didn't work. I noticed that Desktop Window Manager & Client Server Runtime Process have high GPU usage, maybe that's the issue causing this.
