I am looking to buy a motherboard specifically the ASRock B450M Steel Legend. Would a moderate overclock on a Ryzen 5 1600 be sustainable on this MB? I saw reviews that the Vrms run hot, should I just go with another mb?

I managed to pull it off after hearing it with a hair dryer for a significant amount of time.

So I was replacing the CPU cooler on my and ryzen 3 1200. And when i was trying to remove the CPU heatsink I pulled out not only the cooler but also the CPU. I've tried floss, hairdryer, isopropyl alchohal around the edge of the CPU, and I even gave it a alchoal bath for 5 min in out of ideas...
