The hyper 212 evo will do you just fine. I have a friend who overclocked his fx6300 to around 4 with a hyper 212. If you want to comfortably go even higher get a hyper 212 turbo. It costs more but its worth it. As for getting 4.3-4.4 out of an normal evo, it may damage your cpu.
