Msi RX 460 question

Hi,
I have a question about the MSI Rx 460 - is it quiet under load?
I currently own a Gigabyte R7 360 and it is actually pretty loud under load which is an issue to me. I previously owned an Asus GTX 750 that was quiet like a mouse under load.
Back to the question - is the MSI rx 460 loud or quiet under load?

Well, I found a post on the msi forums about it running hot ans noisy though that could just be a defective card

I however do know for a fact the gigabyte rx 460 is quiet and runs well under load, very likely to the dual fan design, the msi card is still very likely a good card, though I personally would get the gigabyte
