Thanks. I will have to check for this jumper thing a little later. It seems like that is my last hope. I looked in my BIOS where you said and everything was already disabled under the APM section, so not sure if I'm supposed to change anything there or not.

Long story short. Seemingly at random my windows 10 PC decides to detect or not detect my WD 8TB shucked easystore white drive after either initial boot up or from sleep mode. Sometimes it does detect it, sometimes it does not. I'll restart the PC many times, sometimes it will take 5 or 10...
