Are you using a regular, spinning HDD? I had a similar problem with 2 PCs and both cases the HDD had bad sectors and reported errors. Replaced one HDD in one and put a SSD in the other and problems disappeared.
Good luck!
Hello!
- For WiFi: Consider purchasing a USB WiFi adapter stick. They can be quite cheap so if it doesn't fix your issue, it will not be that painful to the wallet!
- For HDD: Good idea for the SSD. If it doesn't fix your problem, it's not lost as you can eventually re-use it in your next...
Since you say that your Win10 is so laggy, maybe it's due to your HDD.
I have a similarly specced laptop and switched my HDD for a SSD.
A world of difference, windows loads in a handful of seconds!
Nothing better than a fresh Win10 reinstall on a brand new SSD!
Good luck!
Hi,
Simply check AMD's web site, all the specs are there:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/cpu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-desktop-processors/amd-ryzen-5-2600x
It reads:
"Max Temps: 95°C"
So you're all fine.
A USB headset could do the trick but can be a bit more expensive than regular heasets.
And if you already have a headset, that's not a good idea.
I bought two 10$-ish USB sound card from Amazon/GearBest/Whatever with great success.
They don't rely on the motherboard, they are small sound cards...
I think either the HDD connection is loose or it's simply dying.
My mother's Acer laptop had similar issues and was almost new.
Maybe you could buy a new HDD, or better, SSD which aren't expensive nowadays.
Switch your disks and re-install Windows on the new one.
My 2 cents. Good luck!
Happened to me lately, one SATA cable had a loose connector in a SSD. Had to replace the cable.
Similar, my son's PC's cable also had a wiggle but with the power connectors.
And maybe leave the HDD alone by itself (with a CD/DVD) on a cable and SSD's on other cables.
Good luck!
Check the Nvidia driver to make sure the games you are talking about actually run from the discrete GTX card and not the integrated Intel graphics.
There's an option in the drivers to specify which card you want to use for each installed game.
My wife's ROG laptop often has this issue and even...
And you can get the download tool from the Microsoft Web site:

No pirated version, this is how Windows 10 works. Very different from Windows 7!
Well if you have a good experience with FreeSync, you can set it globally to ON.
And then disable it for games where it doesn't work nicely. That's what I've done.
Why not go to computer stores inp erson and try the mice yourself. Usually you have demos you can get your hand on and test how they feel.
Mouse comfort (and looks) is very personal and I usually rely on my own hands-on experience. Especially since gaming mice can get quite expensive!
Windows 10 licenses are now linked to your Microsoft account. You can view them via the Microsoft web site when you log in (My Devices). You will probably find your laptop in there.
So when installing Windows 10 on your laptop, you can skip the product key. Later during the installation...
