Under volted to .125 intel stress test says sub 60 temps will try a game and come back :)

It has an I7-7700hq and it runs 40ish idle and 80-90 when playing really intensive games. Most recently far cry 5. It’s default over locked to 3.4ghz and I can’t change it in intel extreme tuner cause the multipliers are locked. The model of laptop is an MSI ge72mvr

Im not new to computers, which is why i dont know why i cant get the temps to go down, I have applied new thermal paste, i have cleaned the heatsinks, i have cleaned the fans. Idle its 46-50 and on load its 80-90, thats not UBER hot but its enough for throttling, its an I7 5700HQ in an MSI ge 72 2qf

Got it I'll leave it alone for a while, a long while and pray, i only tuned it on for a second to see if It would even turn on it did and it's been a while

Nothing looks damaged, started properly and ran well enough considering I was doing repairs, I let it sit for maybe and hour and hand dried using TP, should I be concerned at all? I can't afford repairs and the warranty is up..

so my hard drive is fine, the buzzing I heard was coming from the fan, so i took it out and cleaned it, put the fans back in, I accidently unplugged a wire idk what it did but i can assume it was for the fan on the right side because that fan isnt running as far as i can tell, Now in game fps...

thankyou both the anti virus didnt work and there is no numbers along with the blue screen message its just MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION there is no power supply its a laptop and i always have it on charger and how do i acsess the mini dumps theyre .dmp files so i cant read them

hello. randomly (usually daily) i will experience a blue screen (machine check exception) and when i check the event log it tells me my computer has a kernal power error an event id of 41 and a task catagory of 63 can someone tell me what this means and how to fix it
