The USB ports on my laptop have been acting weird the past few months - they only connect when I tilt the USB cord horizontally away from me. Same issue with both ports. I thoroughly cleaned the ports and also used a needle to painstakingly lift each pin into the optimal position... no change...

When I move the screen of my laptop down slightly, my ethernet connection drops for like 5 seconds and then connects again. Its a huge inconvenience when im streaming games. What's weird though is I can move the laptop screen UP, i can move the laptop itself and shake it and jiggle the ethernet...
