OK thanks for the help, I actually run it on 1360x768 60fps, since my old monitor (which is a small T.V.) only goes up to that. I also run it on Ultra preset, and usually nothing is running in the backround.

Oh nevermind I just took out the 4gb stick of ram and found out it was a lower speed than the 2 8gb sticks. The game is working fine and is running at 80-85% now on high settings and 90fps cap. Thanks for telling me about this

Does that mean I should take out the 4gb stick of ram ? Since I know that the 4gb stick is slower speed than both the 2400 16 gb's of ram.

yes windows does see all the cores as I checked in task manager, it lists 6 cores

Thank you for your help Volkgren, but I soon realized after going to the Intel driver and support menu, that I did not have the correct drivers installed, so I reinstalled them and it started to work, thanks anyways for your help.
