Well guys I figured out the issue. My precious cooling unit failed, I ended up replacing it with a 240mm closed loop pump. Overall cpu temp is now around 35-40 Celsius while idle and 60 under load, although core #4 still goes up to around 80 Celsius sometimes. For now all issues are solved.

I hope that the issue is with the mounting or AIO. I've checked and it seems like everything is running normally. It feels like fluid is able to flow through it fine and the pump is working.

I'll be trying the repaste this weekend, I'll also be buying a new cooling unit just to get that cheap ibuypower unit out of there. Usage is completely normal on all cores. It's just constantly cores #1 and #4 that are going well over 80 Celsius. IF none of that works, I'll just pick up another i7.

I have, I've built 3 before this one but I've never had an issue like this. So I just turned off my PC for about an hour now and I booted it back up and I took a look at my Core temps and core #4 is running at 103 Celsius after having JUST turned on
