Updated GPU with GeForce Experience and MOBO straight from AMD's website

I did say "pretty much all" but I meant ALL of the hardware has been updated, I've even reinstalled the latest drivers for the GPU

Currently, I only have the RAM running on the XMP (3200) profile, though I tried running it at the default speed (2400) and it didn't fix the problem. I haven't tampered with the speeds or voltage of anything else
