I wouldn’t put it past Alibaba to ship you the wrong card somehow, or not be entirely truthful on what the card is. I’d stick to US markets if I were you.

I tried this a while back and it didn’t work however I have since fixed this issue by doing a fresh install of windows, I believe my problem was that since I changed hardware my version of windows became inactivated so this fixed the issue.

I do think upgrading my PSU could help, I tried putting the GPU in an older rig and still got no display pretty much confirming its a GPU issue. You are right though and as soon as possible i'm going to try and get a better PSU.
