i want to buy a new ups for my rm 650 since my pc restarts abruptly in case of power failure. i think its the ups which is troubling me. i also learned that pure sine wave ups are damn costly so which is a good alternative for the corsair rm 650. THANKS

Hey guys i wanted to buy a new ups for my corsair rm 650 which is PFC activated. I did some research and found that my psu needs a pure sine wave using ups, but the price is way to much. So i just wanted to know which ups would be a good alternative to the pure sine wave ups so that i dont face...

I am thinking to buy a new ups for my new corsair rm650 psu. i learned that this psu has something known as the PFC with basically protects other components from a bad current. so i decided to buy a ups with pure sine wave technology but since it is too expensive so i decided to go for the less...

is this problem caused by any other component....this is truly unusual because even my cabinet fans(which are directly hooked up to the psu) stop. If there was a problem with the processor,motherboard,ram etc my fans would still be running...but it does not happen...its just an abrupt...

the pc does not shut down properly....its just a black out, everything goes off even my cabinet fans. it happens abruptly and then is starts up again. if this thing continues ill loose all my data and i even fear my hard disk is going to be doomed..

Actually im not a pro in handling these complex voltages and stuff. The simple problem is that when the pc is under load( gaming,benchmarking and stuff) and the power goes off. the pc simply shuts down abruptly and then starts up again. My ups-CYBERPOWER BU600e -BU series( sorry it is a 600Va...
