I don't think so as the m.2 ssd is less than 2 years old and the Samsung magician app says its in good condition, any other ideas?

When I boot up the my computer will have severe stutters every second or two are a bit less than half a second at a time making the computer unusable. The only solution has been to let it boot and then do a hard restart as it won't shutdown or restart through the OS. The stutters will return...

thanks but are you sure theres now way around this ?

i have widows 8 installed with an invalid key atm on my hhd but wish to upgrade to an ssd if i do will windows let me install it on the ssd without a valid activation key

my fx6100 sit idle at 65 degrees at 4.1ghz and under max load goes down to 29 dergees and i dont notice the fan getting louder tryed turning AMD cool and quite on and off with no difference, the frequency never chnages either im not sure if thats the issue if so how do i change this thanks...
