I updated the firmware like an hour ago to see if it would fix the problem, it didnt so i asked this question on the website.

I cant make my ip static because my Father wont let that happen. And yes i did reboot the router. 120.144.183.69. Anything outside the 'subnet' it will accept the IP. So if i put a random IP in that i thought off the top of my head in it will accpet it but not 'open'
