The Xbox Scorpio will do native 4k but don't expect it higher than 30fps. For fast paced games you would want 1080p@60. For something like witcher 3 I'm sure 4k@30 looks beautiful. Will the Scorpio hit 4k@30 with witcher 3? (Assuming they release a game patch) we'll see

There is no current software that will tell you the correct temp of an x4 860k or any CPU on the FM2+ Socket. AMD's OVERDRIVE is the closest thing to correct temps but it doesn't not give you an actual number but margins instead.

I don't think that i5 + 390 should create any "bottlenecking" at all.

I use an CX600M with an R9 380 but that's because I went by the brand and really didn't research that it ain't a great PSU but it gets the job done... So far.

The x4 860k is a great budget CPU for gaming but by no means is it suppose to be a monster. Same for the GPU. I get about the same FPS with maxed settings using the same CPU but my graphics card is an R9 380. Anyways if your monitor its only 60hz then getting higher than 60fps won't really...

Side fans should be intake. Top/back exhaust. Front/bottom intake.

If you have the money then go for Intel for sure. The fx "8 cores" aren't really true cores by the way.

Without a change of motherboard you can't really get anything better than a 860k
