Fixed The pins, maybe, it slid in, it has not been booted yet, I don't really know about the standoffs. Need help!

A problem I have encountered is my pins on my CPU are not straight, I have seemed to of straightened them but when I try and put the card to match the holes it goes weird. The pins don't fully sink into the holes so im stuck on wht to do, any help?
