Some people seem to be saying it's normal, others say that it will get fixed by using Boot by PCIE, but the problem is only when PC is cold. I will try turning on Boot by PCIE and if I still have the problem, I will report back.

I thought about that but I dont have the manual and I dont know where the jumper on this mobo is. Also I can get in the BIOS and I loaded the optimized defaults so it shouldnt be a BIOS problem. It's in a SATA slot. If you can give me the location of the jumper I can cmos reset it.
