    I'd suggest double checking the model numbers on the 16GB sticks. DDR3 is a little funny with mixing and matching ram sticks. I used to get away with it back in the day though when I still had a DDR2 motherboard.

    I'd say go with the Ryzen platform. The Ryzen 5 1600 is a more then capable processor for gaming and the GTX 1070 is a much better option.

    Check task manager and make sure nothings eating up ram. I'm surprised you can even run those titles with just 4gb ram. A better solution would be to buy another 4gb stick of ram.

    Windows makes device disconnection sound when I turn off electric heater?

    My computer is plugged in to an anti-surge multi-plug extension cord along with an electric heater.
