My motherboard its fry after applying thermal paste?

I decided to apply ne thermal paste but after that my PC stopped working :s

Even when i plug the pc to DC the led indicator doenst turn on, does any one have an idea?

I check like 3 times, no bended pins on cpu, no thermal paste inside de pins, i didnt know what happened

No need to remove the CPU when applying new paste, just keep it in the socket. How much paste did you apply? which CPU and motherboard?
