    Low GPU usage Low FPS

Overclocking isn't that much of a hard process to learn. It's pretty safe now, as long as you don't do ridiculous jumps. It is more time consuming than it should be. I'd look at maybe the average overclock for your CPU, then work around that maybe. Use the multiplier rather than the core...

    Low GPU usage Low FPS

go check which cores are being used by the games. (probably not gonna be it, but never hurts) It's pretty late right now and i can't really think too hard on anything right now. So, aside from that and potential windows patches or whatever (which i'm assuming you'd already have done and have)...

What gpu FX 8320 wouldnt bottleneck?

Crysis should be fine with almost anything. Witcher 3, I think it'll be fine with most cards. General area that you could go for without a bottleneck would probably be the r9 290, maybe the r9 290x or the gtx 980 with that overclock.

FX 8350 Stock cooler on Phenom ii x4 955

^not only that, but make sure your psu can supply enough overall power. The FX 8 cores take a spike in power along with the overclocking. I think it jumps about 100w at most if i'm not mistaken.

What components do I take into account when choosing a PSU?

eVGA has one of the best warranties if i'm not mistaken. ASUS has one of the best coolers as well as MSi. Gigabyte's a nice all round i believe. If you are worried about price, just look for one of the cheaper ones. Aim for an aftermarket cooler, if not then whatever, it'll still run fine.

    R9 380 2GB vs GTX 960 2GB? Best GPU for 900p ?

corsair builder series no. Nox Urano might be okay, i personally am not familiar with the brand though. Someone else might know more. as for the r9 280x, if you're not planning on overclocking, get a quality 550-650w and i'tll be fine. Quality is mostly aimed at the brand and series itself...

What gpu FX 8320 wouldnt bottleneck?

If you're overclocking, you could probably go up to a GTX 980 or r9 290x before getting some bottlenecks. If you're not overclocking, you'll probably be limited around a r9 290 or the gtx 970 at best, and i think that'll have a little margin of bottlenecks. Most of these bottlenecks are game...

    Low GPU usage Low FPS

^already mentioned and suggested and rementioned and now mentioning it again. @OP, at this point the only thing i can think of is to try overclocking your CPU and seeing if the performance is still around that area, even though your cpu is not bottlenecking. I'm assuming you're comparing to...

Can someone review my first build :)

It'll work. if possible, maybe get a higher quality PSU. You don't really need the CPU cooler if you're going with a locked CPU. You could save some money there. Other than that, what's said above is good to follow. Main thing that i think is important is the 16gb vs 8gb thing. If you do a...

    Should i stay with i5 4690k or get an i7 4790?

If you're thinking of getting the non-k i7, then consider the xeon v3 1231. If you're going for a k series upgrade then 4790k. Either way, listen to Lag. Upgrade only if you need the extra cores for rendering and what not. Some games might actually get some decent gains from the upgrade, but...

Can i do some overclocking for Xeon E3 1231 v3?

I thought they were locked CPUs... You might be able to alter the boost clock at most maybe...

New PC for world of warcraft

@QVS, Then go for it. I was under the though that it was 350CAD. @OP, It'll work. Personally, i think the PSU should be of a higher quality. CX series aren't ideal for most builds for gaming. It's like playing russian roulette with the system. If you plan on having a xfire or SLI system in the...

Going to build a computer for 3D work/rendering/gaming, need help choosing CPU (and some other stuff)

If you're gaming and doing a lot of 3d rendering, might not be worth the multigpu board. But if you're going toward the 8c i7, then you'd be getting that feature regardless if i'm not mistaken. A single card setup is generally better than a multicard set up anyways. Some games won't even...

    SHOULD I GO TO 960 or 380 ?

The 960 can utilize 4gb vram better than it's predecessors. Sure it may not be able to fully utilize the 4gb, It's still nice to have if you're planning on running a mutli monitor set up and having the extra room for some graphics mods for some games or whatever.
