Get the parts and assemble them yourself. What you posted is not a very good value. We could help you get a much better system for the same price.

    your thoughts on these prebuilts....

CPU could be cheaper too. An i7 will not perform much better than an i5. Instead of the i7 4770k, try the i5 4670k. Saves $130 and only decreases FPS in games by maybe 2. http://www.anandtech.com/show/7003/the-haswell-review-intel-core-i74770k-i54560k-tested/6 . Go to bottom for games.

    Dog peed on computer

If it was where I think you are describing (the very front and bottom of the case, below the cd drive), then I think it should be fine. Usually, there is only empty slots there for hard drives. If he did happen to store a hard drive there, then even if it is broken, which it may not be, it will...

First build...need help on PSU, cooling, and case!

The 7850 will preform, on average, a little worse than the GTX 660. http://www.anandtech.com/show/6276/nvidia-geforce-gtx-660-review-gk106-rounds-out-the-kepler-family/10 . Look at other games, but do keep in mind that BF3, for instance, is Nvidia biased. Either way, it still performs a little...

    Gaming Computer Specs

A little follow up from my previous post. This http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2mXUe is about 50 CAD more than what you posted, and does not have an SSD, but I believe is the best performance you will get in gaming around that price. The price could be lowered by getting a cheaper case or a cheaper...

Are you sure you are not willing to build? Not too hard, lots of guides, good experience, lower price, better computer, etc.?

    Gaming Computer Specs

Where are you buying this PC from? Hate to rain on your parade my friend but that video card will not handle 3 monitors. I thing I see a lot of pre-built PC sellers doing is being cheap with the GPUs...

    Building a Rig

As stated, a price limit to work with would be nice. For the money you are currently putting into it, this is pretty good. Are you a new builder? If so then I am impressed. I see so many people building a gaming PC for the first time doing inefficient things like buying 32Gb of ram (anything...

Is my setup going to run Ghosts well?

"1. Getting to the Settings Menu. Bring your mouse pointer to the right side of the screen to get to the Settings menu, which Windows represents with a large icon of a gear. From this menu, select the "PC Info" to bring up the System utility. 2. Checking Out Your System. The System window will...

Is my setup going to run Ghosts well?

As Seth has asked, we need to know what kind of graphics card, integrated or dedicated. If it is dedicated, it would be nice if you could tell us what kind. Resolution is also quite important for this purpose. At 1080p and without a dedicated GPU, your chances of running Ghosts are slim.

    Low FPS in DAYZ StandAlone

I believe you have low FPS for a combination of reasons. One is your CPU. As this link says, DayZ has always been a very CPU heavy game. All of the zombies have to be processed by your system, not only the server. Obviously with all the zombies, thats a lot of NPCs that your CPU needs to handle...

Which graphic card is the best for 400$??

Not really sure on the power supply, but for around $340, you can get a gtx 770. I would say this is a good option if you want to get a graphics cards soon. If your willing to wait, some better options might come from Radeon's way, but every high-end Radeon card is sold out now for whatever...

To Mouse Pad Fanatics: I Need Help

I just purchased a G500 mouse for my new build and I don't have a mousepad. I'm near clueless when it comes to mouse pads. For the G500, will I need a cloth, rubber, or hard mouse pad for the sensor to perform best? Also if you know what I need, could you steer me towards some mouse pads? I...
