Hi guys! So i have a cooler master hyper 212 evo and a m5a97 le r 2.0 motherboard. So because of the cooler everything stays cool ( motherboard around 30 degrees celsius and my fx around 48 degrees). My problem is that while running prime95 i have sudden drops from 4ghz to 1.4ghz. Do you guys...

So I got my new pc recently with amd fx 8350 and a gtx 1050 ti by gigabyte. I recently discovered that my gpu usage won't exceed 60-70% most of the times. I don't think it's a bottleneck between them but i was hoping that someone could help me with this.
