Update: Windows Update 1903 has not fixed it

I am running Windows 10 Pro with the latest updates. There is no pattern to which icons break. Icons that come with windows out of the box are fine but VS Code and a few games have icons that are just paper and not what they are supposed to be.

I have done all of these steps and unfortunately no luck.

The icons are broken no matter their location. Those images are my broken icons on the desktop, except for the last one which it comparing 1 broken icon to 3 working ones.

Sorry. I didn't think to define in words what icons were broken due to my screenshots. Icons for programs or files handled by programs with this issue eg. VS Code has a broken icon so .workspace files have broken icons as well.

Sorry, I forgot about this thread. Razer software was the culprit.

Oh, I thought you might have meant you had a Rift but not Beat Saber. I can do the VR Mark test if you want to see my score on that.

This happens to me in the Oculus Home so if you have a rift that would be the best example to test with. Beat Saber and Oculus Home performance are pretty much identical for me
