If i remember correctly, i think you might want a bigger psu, try a 860? but otherwise, make sure the motherboard and the cpu are the same chipset (eg, the cpu says "LGA 1150" and mobo says "LGA 1150") and that is able to support the GPU, also make sure your case is the right size for the mobo...
