I'm looking for a prebuilt gaming pc for my friend. Which is a better option: I3 7100 with Rx560 2gb and 8gb ddr4 OR G4560 with gtx 1050ti 4gb and 4gb ddr4?

I just have a g4400, an asrock b150m-hds motherboard, and 4gb ram. I don't have a video card.

I'm trying to make a pc and I stumbled across a problem. My power supply only has a 4pins connector, but my motherboard has an 8 pins connector. Can I still just connect the 4 pins and be done with it? I have a g4400 if that helps

Since a few days ago, the 1080p 60fps option on youtube disappeared, and the best quality available is either 720p 60fps or 1080p normal (which isn't available on 60 fps videos). Hs this happened to others too and is there any way to fix this? (I'm on a galaxy s5)
