I've checked the BIOS and the CPU temp was 38C while the motherboard temp was 31C and I couldn't find any other readings so I guess...everything is fine right? There has never been a slowdown, freeze or random shutdown since I got it so this must mean a faulty sensor right?

I fail to see how another software would give different results... I've checked both realtemp and coretemp (though compared to HWM they seem outdated) and again I see a temp of 100C with coretemp (what does Tj Max stands for?) but not with realtemp... I'll check inside BIOS next...
