And by levels, i think he doesn't mean 2x,4x,6x,...............
It's something else.
Hmm, update the game to 1.04 version. Maybe it'll make some difference. Personally, i couldn't tell any difference on these pictures.
Then the am2's biggest advantage is the heat. I can run my athlon 64 3200 AM2 at 2.5 ghz with the stock cooling. After 5 hours of C&C3, I saw 50 celcius.
The rams are at 500mhz. Everything else is set to auto.
I wonder if I can do this with am2 x2 with stock cooling.
I had this BSOD 1 day ago. I was trying to install indeo 5.11 codecs over and over and it wasn't installing. The setup was freezing. At last I found dlls and register the codec manually.
After that, i tried to play a game and it gave me that BSOD. However i couldn't make sure if it was really...
I did have both 386 and 486 but I pretty much did my p166 myself. It was '96 or '97(and hey i'm in Turkey, there wasn't much choices to begin with at that time). Can't remember exact dates. Had 800 mb Western Digital, PCI graphics card, Windows 95. And 32 mb ram and Creative SB(The first...
I asked this because there's a swicth on the PSU. Split mode, Combined Mode.
Thanks for the reply. I know that 30A requirement from ATI is more likely a figurative value.
You should try cleaning every driver file with a tool and do a clean 7.1 install.
There's an old but effective saying (all manufacturers say this in their FAQ) :
"Do not update a driver if you don't have any problems."
If you can open your case cover and look the PSU from inside, you should see some more numbers. If your PSU only has 210V writing on it, you should get a new one. When I had my 9600xt for the first time, it made me change my noname PSU.
Yes PSU 101 is good to start but I couldn't find what the 12v rails actually are. Is it the cable go to the mainboard ? Or the power connector for the pci-e graphics card ?
I have Tagan Easycon 480w. It says 20A on two 12v rails on split mode and 30A combined. My mobo has a 20+4 pin and an...
"9600 series" is a general name. You have to check your card's box for PRO, XT or SE. And please check your PSU's power rating (Amp, Watts) and tell us.
Why the need to lower AGP speed ? You won't get any performance from the card. Probably drivers or PSU problem. What model is your card ? 9600 PRO and XT are power hungry. A regular 300 watt PSU will not be enough.
Well i know it's a service, it runs on startup and it also runs another file MoM.exe.
When it(7.2) runs, it runs faster than the previous type of CCCs. However i wasn't able to use it properly so i gave up on 7.2 CCC.
Maybe I should try it again. I didn't have Framework 1.1 SP1 when I tried...
