    not much you can really do... you can replace the thermal paste, or maybe take the side panel off while you are playing games? if not you will just have to suffer with your fans at 100% 95c can possibly damage the card..

    yeah see if you can test the gpu at one of your friends house.. or ask the seller to test it in his rig and if he says no then obviously something is wrong
