Not entirely sure, it only happens when I play games. When it happens and i try to switch to Task Manager it shows everything as normal.

Thanks for the reply! I did some more digging after I posted this and discovered the game I'm trying to play uses DRM that isn't supported by Windows 10, so that's what the problem was. Only way to get around it seemed like downloading pirate-ware and I'm not comfortable with that stuff.

PPS Alternatively, if anyone knows how to make a game run without needing the disc, that information would also be appreciated. :)
