    If you've successfully installed Dolby Access it should automatically start on startup. Try restarting your PC, navigate to the taskbar on the bottom right. Right click the speaker icon and see if there is an option for Dolby Access OR see if Dolby Access has it's own task bar icon.

    Make sure the drive programs aren't running weird power settings. May be good idea to check the power settings in your OS and also UEFI/BIOS. If you have a Windows Installation Media boot to that and do a repair install. Make sure you back up any data you cant stand to lose.

    In Command Prompt run chkdsk /f on the drive in question. Navigate to Crucial's website and find the most up to date software for your drive, make sure that's installed. As an aside do you have any programs on your PC that run drive utilities?
