sorry about such a late response, It started out not reading blue rays, then went about a year or so, now it wont read anything, or even recognize that its there.

I plan on adding another 8 at least, and if thats still not enough for my needs ( mostly audio recording & DAW stuff, maybe a little gaming here and there) then ill replace the 2 x2Gb with 2 more 4Gb sticks. And thanks for the recommendation! Ill look into that one, plus it looks cooler, haha...
