Did a clean reinstall of windows. No improvement with that either.

I updated my chipset drivers to see if maybe that would do anything, but no dice. For now just going to wait and see if a Nvidia update might fix it, since I'm grasping at straws right now.

I did several rollbacks on my driver, going as far back to ver.372.54(oldest driver listed by the Nvidia driver search on their site). Didn't fix the issue.

I did delete the cache for WoW, since that usually is one of the first things recommended when having an issue with that game. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but that hasn't done anything. Did the same for Overwatch, and again, no improvement. I should also note that right...

I've recently been having issues with my computer requiring vsync on for gaming, even though I never had to have it on for any of my games before. I first noticed this a month ago in Overwatch. The screen would sometimes start to stutter and turning vsync on in game caused it to go away...
