    I just bought a Sapphire Radeon R9 270X Dual-X OC 2GB DDR5 256-bit. What AMD CPU do you think would match this GPU? I should mention that right now I have an old AMD Athlon X3 at 3400MHz.

    USB 3 is backwards compatible with USB 2 drives. You shouldn't have any problems if you use a USB 2 memory stick Just make a bootable memory stick and you'll be fine.

    Try restoring your PC with Windows' System Restore and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, download and install MalwareBytes and check if you have malware on your computer.
