I have vsync on, monitor is 60hz, gpu shows 99% it stays at 60hz, but I'm saying if I wanted to go higher It does, without vsync on. But I don't need it to. So I use vsync. And it stays at 99% usage while it's on 60fps
I'm really confused I believed a gtx980 was overkill for me and I love over kill but I noticed it reaches 99% on a 1080p monitor maxed out settings yes I get more then 120 fps but I limit it with vsync to 60 fps since monitor is 60hz
