i always clean it, and for the psu, when i turn on the pc it goes RRRRTTRTTTTTT, then it chills out and works normally

Also i can't power it on with gpu in, it makes me think PSU is dying, so it's giving it false power, also, i dont know if this will be useful, but, system jumps to 100% disk usage when i right click refresh on desktop

My pc started bugging alot, then it froze couple of times, then it stopped working with my gtx660 so i have to use iGPU, but it still worked pretty slow so i reinstalled Windows 10, still it was pretty slow, and after turning everything off(prefetch superfetch etc...) it works partially okay...

Sorry for not replying earlier, it is desktop custom built in around 2011, motherboard is F1A55-M LX3, with A8 3850 cpu and GTX 660 gpu, im holding it on now to test temperatures on internal parts, nothing has overheated, in fact, everything is running normal.
