Hi! I was wondering how difficult it will be to install and get up and running a gtx 770 when upgrading from a 6870?

So what would be the advantage of upgrading my CPU rather my GPU gaming wise? I probably won't have the time or money to upgrade in the next year so in that case would I notice a bigger difference in upgrading my GPU or CPU?
