Yes I have connected the PCI-e cables, even changed them still the same results.

Just finished a build with a Tomahawk motherboard, Ryzen 5200x, and palate jet-stream RTX 2070 and it does not boot up and Noticed red light on VGA led remain on. The fans on the GPU seems to be working fine, as well as the CPU's. Any help find where the problem might be before I return...
