Yes I plugged it into CPU_Fan 1 and the opt fan nothing the PC now powers GPU turns on (Gtx 970) but stuff like the case fans are not spinning also no led indication on my power button. And to power it off I've to manual turn it off at the back of The PC. UPDATE now it doesn't turn on again

Update: I've unscrewed the rad and made sure the 8pin CPU plug was connected I now get my GPU to turn on but nothing else no fans etc.

i have got another cloth and put the tiniest amount of water on the end and slowly dabbed at the blotches and then used another clean cloth to wipes away the water, it has seemed to get rid of the blotches
