So the issue im having, if i'm on youtube uploading a video on my 2nd monitor and i'm watching a youtube video on my main monitor, and the main is selected.. it buffers. I have to either select the other page or drag the video that i'm watching overlay it over to the 2nd monitor for it play...

So my steam launcher doesn't go full screen right away even then tho i have set it to maximum in profile, and my software Gimp Ver 2.10.30 newest Ver pops in and out when i click on any of the menu options. And it's the window's version not linux that i've got, it never did that on Win 10...

No it wasn't a fresh install, but you can put a OP from a SSD to a other PC that new... its the only SSD i have, so i don't want to put the OP on the HDD i'm sure you understand

Like i said the rear jack port don't work with my mic only the front, anyway i think i have found a sound card that would work with my PC, "Vococal 4.0 Channel Surround 3D PCI Sound Audio Card for Desktop Computer" my PC by the way is 8200 HP SSF so it should work.

Right so i'm looking for a custom built gaming PC website were you can pick and choose what parts you want, but every site i'm finding only does 9th Cpu i don't have the money for that. If anyone can point to a website that has lower Gen Cpu's that would be great thanks.
