Question Need Help Choosing New Gpu

Is there a reason not to buy used cards? I assume because of the bitcoin mining frenzy a couple years back and even now. However I got my gtx 1060 used for 100 dollars and it has no issues that i can see and fulfills most of my needs.

Question Need Help Choosing New Gpu

Thanks for the reply and yes the Rx 7600 was on the top my list however its out of budget at the moment. Lowest price I can find is $360 Canadian. Would you recommend waiting until the price for it drops lower or just go ahead and get the 6600?

Question Need Help Choosing New Gpu

Hello, I'm wanting to make a gpu upgrade and am stuck on 2 choices and if there may be a better option than my 2 choices. I am currently running a gtx 1060 6gb and my upgrade choices I currently have are the Rx 6600 and the rtx 2060. The Rx 6600 goes for $240 brand-new (cad) and the Rtx 2060 for...

    Question Will My Card Fit?

My current pc is the elitedesk 800 g1 sff with a i5-4770, gt1030 4gb, base psu which is 240w, and 8gb ddr3 ram. The Optiplex 3020 will be a mini tower and has the same specs as the elitedesk except a 290w psu I believe. My best bet may just be to buy a psu and do a case swap.

    Question Will My Card Fit?

A brand new build is not in my budget and I am fine with using a older sytem. So do you suggest I hold out and gather money to buy a new system instead of a prebuilt or case swap?

Question Can I use a large capacity usb as a storage device?

Legitimate as in its a good solution or alternative to ssd/hdd. But judging from the responses it makes more sense just to ssd. If you dont mind me asking an extra question whats the benefits between internal and external ssd?

Question Can I use a large capacity usb as a storage device?

Ive been wondering if using a 1tb or what have you usb flash stick is a legitimate or possible alternative to internal/external ssd or hdd. So would you recommend the specific GPU I mentioned for a good introduction to gaming and budget build or should I save for a 1050ti and what not?

    Question Stuck between gpu choice

I’m using a low profile because I’m running a sff desktop the Elitedesk 800 g1 to be exact. My planned usage is school work and gaming. Nothing extravagant just stuff like cs:go, r6 maybe, etc. I know the 1030 isn’t powerful but its within budget and I have to penny pinch. Both cards have...

    Question Stuck between gpu choice

The Yeston has 4gb and is DDR4 and the MSI has 2gb and is DDR4. Is Yeston a good and reliable brand (from my research they...
