Oh, then its alright. OEM PCs tend to have pretty high temperatures overall, and taking off the glass wont help. Its not reccomended to have 71° at load, but if it is in an OEM CP, then thats fine and dandy. No need to worry anymore, just enjoy thy PC. :)
