I believe I fixed it, my cpu was thermal throttling. I got a 212 EVO and now i’m running 130-150 fps on warzone.

It’s my usage that’s low, my CPU and GPU don’t go above 60% (not saying it’s capped because they’ll be short moments where it does)

I did, without overclocking it gets up to 3900 but i’ve tried overclocking it to 4100 or 4000 with the core voltage it 1.45 and it doesn’t do anything.

that’s the thing, it doesn’t “drop” per se it just stays at that fps initially. It doesn’t go up to 140 and then drop to 100, hopefully that makes more sense.
