Swapped the psu out for a different one, but still no luck, so im thinking its gotta be the mb then, shame though only had it a couple years

Okay so tried removing everything except the CPU do right now just mb, PSU, CPU and heatsink in and still not working. Thinking I'm going to try and borrow a PSU from one of my kids computers and try that next

I've been having problems with my computer crashing, it freezes up and i have to turn it off rather than just reboot for it to work again otherwise it just tells me it can't find anything bootable. Along with this my sound randomly cuts out and i have to replugin my usb headset for it to work...

No i have the corsair H80 but then theres the other problems with the USB's not working i forgot to mantin they randomly stop working as well while the computer is running not just at the start they'l stop for about a minute then it's like it reboots then they work fine
