I think it's related to the way the GPU acts when it's plugged in and when it's not. By resetting the battery I think that fixed the way the GPU is drawing its power.

Yes, my USB 2.0 drive works fine at the back of my PC and it's also fine with other PCs with USB 3.0 port in it. I've tried using a USB extension, it still creates that error. The thing is my USB 3.0 drive works perfectly fine without any problems.

Alright, after days of observing and testing my webcam and PC, webcam does work after restart and shutdown but my webcam won't really open after sleep, unless replugged. I tried Colif's suggestion of turning off fast startup and it worked (thx btw) after restart or shutdown, so the main issue...
