Yeah, unfortunately, I was up the whole night troubleshooting. And in the end it was just Gigabyte being retarded and stating that the MOBOS are Ryzen 7 2xxx ready.

I was sure, the MB should've been 'Ryzen 2xxx ready". But it wasn't. After 30$ and a visit to a local pc shop I got my BIOS updated and it works now.
